Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Saturday, qualify for delivery on the same day in select location in Gurgaon/Gurugram, North Goa and Bangalore/Bengaluru. Deliveries in off beat locations in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Bangalore and Goa (including South Goa) do not qualify for same day delivery, however we will try to deliver as soon as possible within 1-3 days on average. Kindly note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered for 24 hours delivery. Exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulty, natural calamities such as severe rain, and excessive traffic etc. may result in delayed delivery.

Return Policy

We have a 24 hours return policy for all our products, since the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the products must be sealed and in the original condition and packaging. We will also require some proof of purchase. If upon inspection and return the products are found eligible for a return, you will qualify for either a refund or a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

All our products are original, and we do not deal in duplicates/clones. For quality experience and safety concerns be aware of clone products. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cheaper duplicate products in the market which are difficult to differentiate based on visible appearance. However, in terms of quality of hardware and the e liquid, there is a substantial difference. Checked at Dispatch

Orders are checked at final dispatch to prevent incorrect deliveries. To ensure accuracy on delivering as ordered, we have a system in place where each package is double checked before dispatch, hence removing inconvenience to customers. We also offer discreet packaging, which means that from the outside it would not be possible to find out the inside contents of the package. This feature is made available in case you, an adult smoker/vaper, are looking for discretion.

If you happen to find a product being sold at a lower price, please do let us know and we will try to match that price. Kindly note that price match is applicable only for original/authentic/non clearance vapes.
